How do I add my first transaction?

Tap the + button on the main screen, select 'Add Income' or 'Add Expense', choose a category, enter the amount and description, then tap Save.

Can I use multiple currencies?

Yes! Create accounts in different currencies. The app will automatically convert amounts for analysis and reports.

How do I create my first account?

Go to the Accounts tab, tap the + button, enter the account details and select your preferred currency, then save.

How do budgets work?

Set spending limits for any category. Budgets are automatically set for monthly periods (30 days). The app tracks your spending and alerts you when you're near or exceed the limit.

Can I edit or delete transactions?

Yes! Swipe left on any transaction to edit or delete it. You can also tap a transaction to open the edit screen.

How do I transfer money between accounts?

From the main screen, tap the Transfer card (with the exchange icon), or go to any account details and tap the Transfer button. Select source and destination accounts, enter the amount and description, then save.

What is biometric authentication?

Biometric authentication uses your fingerprint or Face ID to quickly and securely access the app. You can enable this in Settings > Security.

The app is running slowly, what should I do?

Try closing and reopening the app, restart your device, or check if you have enough storage space. If the problem persists, contact support.

I can't see my data after updating the app

Make sure you're logged in with the same account. If you're still having issues, try logging out and back in, or contact support for assistance.

Why am I not receiving notifications?

Check your device's notification settings for the app, and ensure notifications are enabled in the app's settings under Notifications.

How do I change my password?

Go to Settings > Profile > Change Password. Enter your current password and new password, then confirm the change.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can delete your account in Settings > Profile > Danger Zone > Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Is my data secure?

Yes, we use industry-standard encryption to protect your data both in transit and at rest. Your financial information is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
